I have ordered Red Door body lotion before from this site and received the product in boxed packaging. When I received the item this year, it was a plain tube of lotion sent in a bubble wrap package. The creases on the flip cap of the tube suggested that the top had been repeatedly opened, although the tube appeared to be full of product. I immediately emailed the company that sent the product, asking if I could send the product back and receive a new tube of lotion in the original packaging. I received no response at all. I kept the product, gave it as a gift to the person who had requested it, but felt like I was giving her a used gift. I will no longer purchase perfumes or lotions online because of this experience.
